MANAGED INFRASTRUCTURE

Chargers at your site, run by us.

For fleet depots, corporate campuses and housing societies. We do the survey, the civil and electrical work, the commissioning, and then we keep the site running.

Who we build for

The work is the same in each case: a load study, a connection, and hardware sized to how the vehicles actually sit. What changes is who is charging and when.

01

Fleet depots

Vehicles return on a schedule and leave on one. Chargers are sized to the overnight window, not to the fastest number on the datasheet.

02

Corporate campuses

Employee cars parked all day, a handful of visitors, and a facilities team that should not be running a charging desk.

03

Housing societies

Shared bays, individual billing, and a committee that needs the metering to be beyond argument.

How many bays does your site need?

Sizing is arithmetic, not guesswork: how much energy the vehicles need, divided by how much a bay can deliver in the time they are parked.

FOUR STAGES

The sequence

Four stages, from survey to handover.

01
Site and load survey
We check your sanctioned load, cable runs and parking layout before quoting anything.
02
Design and commercials
Charger mix, civil scope, timeline and cost in one document. CAPEX or revenue-share.
03
Install and commission
Civil, electrical, chargers, network. Commissioned against an OCPP test checklist.
04
We operate it
Monitoring, faults, spares and driver support stay with us. One number to call.

What stays with us after handover

A commissioned site is the start of the contract, not the end of it. Four things remain ours for as long as the site runs.

A
Monitoring
Every charge point reports to the platform continuously. Faults reach us before they reach your drivers.
B
Spares and repair
Held locally, not ordered after the failure. A dead connector is a part swap, not a procurement cycle.
C
Driver support
Your staff should not be debugging a charge session. The number on the charger reaches us, not your front desk.
D
Reporting
Usage, uptime and cost per unit, per site. The numbers you need to defend the spend internally.
FLEET MANAGEMENT

If you run the vehicles as well as the site

A depot is not a retail site. You are not selling energy to strangers, you are controlling who charges, when, and against whose budget, and then explaining the bill to finance.

WHO CHARGES
Driver authentication, with a session record per driver
AGAINST WHAT BUDGET
A shared prepaid wallet, with spend and time-of-day limits
AND ON ONE BILL
Consolidated monthly statements, not a receipt per session
NEXT STEP

Send us the site.

A location, a rough vehicle count and your electricity bill are enough for a real number.
